Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Location: Remote in Latam
Type: Full-Time

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 or newer)
Build custom components, templates, workflows, and integrations with external systems (APIs, CRM, analytics)
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content teams, and backend developers to deliver seamless digital experiences
Implement and maintain AEM Sites, Assets, Dispatcher, and sling/OSGi services
Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and accessibility
Ensure platform scalability, stability, and security
Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles

5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) development
Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR/CRXDE, and HTL/Sightly
Experience building custom AEM components, templates, and workflows
Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments
Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design)
Experience integrating third-party services via RESTful APIs
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills

Experience working on enterprise-scale websites (e.g., e-commerce, retail, multi-language platforms)
Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Adobe Launch
Experience with Headless CMS / SPA integrations using React or Angular
Cloud infrastructure experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AWS/GCP
Familiarity with Home Depot’s tech ecosystem is a strong plus
