Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive. In this role, you will ensure our customers are happy and successful. You should have solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You will work with sales, support, and product teams to provide a great customer experience and promote customer devotion.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in the software development industry.
    • Utilize various tools and strategies to source leads and engage with prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Conduct presentations, and consultations with potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, contracts, and pricing structures.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
